Hypoglycemia, in short, is low blood sugar. You are considered hypoglycemic when you have a blood glucose of less than 70. In the video, I go over the signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia, why hypoglycemia occurs, and how to treat and even prevent hypoglycemia.
